Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the carrier for shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free Shipping takes 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic addresses

  • Select international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship to that location at this time.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs processing times can affect delivery speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra days before contacting us. If a package is confirmed lost, contact our support team, and we will assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review and resolve the issue.
